Includes bi-annual inspection of the heating/ac system:

• Before heating season, shut AC off, turn heating system on
  • Change heating system filter
  • Check heat exchanger for heat spots or cracks
  • Make sure thermostat works properly
  • Clean and check gas burner and chamber
• Before AC season, shut heating system off, turn AC system on
  • Change filter
  • Check the fluids in the ac system to make sure they are at proper pressures
  • Run system to ensure all is properly working for summer months
